Managing Partner
Giuseppe is the partner founder of Studio Bernoni Professionisti Associati since 1965.
He is also an Attorney-at-law starting from 1985.
Education and professional qualification
He received both his degrees in Business Economics and in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. In addition to being a certified Chartered Accountant, he is also an Attorney-at-law as well as a Technical Consultant to the Milan Court.

• international due diligence and tax planning;
• contracts and agreements;
• valuations and appraisals;
• tax litigations.

President of the National Board of Certified Chartered Accountants; President of the Board of Certified chartered Accountants of Milan; Vice-President of the FEE (Fédération Européenne des Experts Comptables) and coordinator of two FEE Tax Committees, with seat in Brussels (direct and indirect taxes); VicePresident of the Foundation of Chartered Accountants in Milan; Member of the Banking Ombudsman: (ABI); President of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Cariplo; President of the Board of Directors of Anima SGR (Investment fund of the BPM bank); Member of the Regional Tax Committee; Vice-President of the Fiscal Observatory of the Chamber of Commerce in Milan; member of the Regional Tax Court in Milan.
Social commitments
Giuseppe is director and treasurer of the Fondazione VIDAS (providing assistance to terminally-ill people).
Furthermore, he is President of “Associazione Guido Carli”, dealing with culture, politics and economic history, he is a member of the Scientific Committee of ARGIS (Association for the Research on Governance of non profit organizations), and of the “Scuola di Alta Formazione dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili”.
Presentations and publications
Giuseppe has published a number of tax and corporate articles on specialised magazines. He is member of the editorial committee of the “Rivista dei Dottori Commercialisti”, published by the Milan Board of Chartered Accountants and he is also member of the Scientific Committee of the magazine “Il Controllo Legale dei Conti”, published by the Milan Foundation of Chartered Accountants.
