Cross border transactions conference: fiscal news, verifications and controls

The free conference about cross border transactions will take place on the 20th of January 2011. The event is organized by IPSOA scuola di formazione Gruppo Wolters Kluwer in partnership with Studio Bernoni. The venue will be the base of the Touring Club Italiano in Milan.
Lawyer Giuseppe Bernoni will be handling the opening remarks and will be the moderator during the afternoon, while in the morning the debate will be moderate by another partner of Studio Bernoni: Gabriele Labombarda, business consultant.
Two other partners of Studio Bernoni will make two speeches: Alessandro Dragonetti, business consultant, will talk about the controlled foreign companies and transactions with residents in black listed countries, while Giulio Tedeschi, business consultant, wil talk about fiscal news.
