Double impositions: Gazzetta Ufficiale: The Italy-Canada convention.
The Convention against double impositions between Italy and Canada has been published. The agreement refers to income taxation for Canada and to IRPEF, IRPEG and IRAP in Italy. The ‘Non-discrimination principle’ has been confirmed: contributors, in one of the two countries, must not pay for a more onerous imposition in comparison to the remaining citizens of the same country.
