Decree development: re-evaluation units and buildable land
A decree-law that contains numerous provisions for economic development and simplification has been launched by the Government. It has been removed the mandatory electronical communication to the Treasury regarding the operations worth over EUR 3.000 (aka “Spesometro”) settled by credit card or debit card. The terms for the recalculation of the purchase price of buildable land and the investments in unlisted companies are reopened, in a similar manner than in the past.
The possibility to ask a refund or request a compensation on the taxes already paid at previous revaluations has been introduced.
